Gatorade - dm24angel
Thank you so much for recommending Gatorade for my morning sickness! I started sipping it yesterday (the red one) and I feel a million times better!
Hopefully this continues to work. Everything else I've tried only works for a day or two and then I'm put off by the thought of it.
What is it about gatorade? It use to cure my hangovers too!!!

It is so important to stay hydrated.... Unfortunately, it did not work for me, but everyone is different - good luck!!!

If you are throwing up gatorade is perfect b.c you are losing electrolytes and potassium - so it replenishes these things - if you are dehydrated and low electrolytes gatorade will make you feel so much better.

Try chewing spearamint gum... that helped me a little.. not a miracle or anything.. just helped a bit... also, icepops helped too! GL!!

Gatorade was was miracle drink with DD too. the only thing that kept the queasies away.
