Im looking at the Quattro Tour Travel System Carlisle. So my question is. Is the infant car seat good for a bit & then change to a convertible car seat? Or will i need just teh convertible? Please help Image Attachment(s):

Re: Gathering info Please help
You could just get a convertible that accomodates infants, but that seat can not be removed from the car. If you want a seat that you can carry the baby around in - in and out of the car - then you want an infant seat.
ETA: Depending on the infant seat, they can go anywhere from 22 - 35 pounds. A lot of BTDT moms say to stay away from the seats that will carry up to 35 pounds because it's way too heavy and you won't want to use it. I ended up with one that goes to 22 pounds because I have a bad back and know I won't be able to carry anything more than that. At that point I'll switch to the convertible.
