Gastritis Symptoms
Has anyone experienced this? I am almost 12 weeks and I have had (what I think) are gas pains. The pains come and go quickly and are in the middle of my stomach. I have tried taking Gas X, but it hasn't really helped. This week in particular, I have been feeling extremely tired (more so than the usual "first trimester exhaustion). I am just not sure if it's all related. Is it time to see my regular doctor???

I have been having this, but the pains last longer. However, I am on the z pack and think it may be related to that...
