Our install was about $500 from Basic Energy (I think) in Huntington. The guy's name was Jeff. He was awesome. Very no-nonsense and straight forward.
Fireplace Store, Jetmore, and Sleepy Hollow Stoves were all around $850 to install. Plus materials.
eta: we bought the fireplace from him as well - I don't know if he installs FPs bought from somewhere else.
