Gardening/composting question
Is there something I can buy, maybe an enzyme or something, that will help compost/leaves decompose faster?

Re: Gardening/composting question
home depot or lowes has rotating composters. It advertises you can have compost in weeks not years. This is what we will get.

Re: Gardening/composting question
I'm sure there is, although I haven't used it. Google "hot composting" and you'll get info on how to make it degrade faster. You can aerate, add amendments, add worms, keep the moistness consistent, etc.
I started out hot composting and decided it was too much work so I alternate piles each year. I have 2 piles and only add to one each season, then use the one that's degraded the next year.
