Gap Warmest puffer coat- question
Has anyone ever washed it? The tag says it can be washed. I washed it yesterday and it completely ruined it. It was an ivory color and it left all yellow marks all over the coat. I know it wasn't my machine bc i washed it with fleece ivory gloves and a fleece ivory hat and those were fine.
I'm so upset bc I loved the coat and it wasn't cheap.

If you recently bought it you should bring it back to GAP

i usually wash dds coats alone. if i dont they do leave some marks. can you go over the spots that had the marks and then throw it back into the wash separate? if it still is bad def contact the store.

Yes I've washed it with no problems, but it is navy blue. Maybe the feathers or something inside the coat ran? If GAP won't take it back, I would bring it to the dry cleaners. They can sometimes perform magic.

I washed them but they are red and pink. They washed just fine. I would call their customer service line.
