Ganerelix..ouch!
Had to add my ganerelix injection with the Menapur tonight and OUCH... the needle was much harder to puncture the skin and I felt like the meds burned going in.
Is this normal?

Its so funny you posted this- I actually thought the Menopur stung !!!...And, don't know if this happened to you but I acually got a little bubble under my skin which eventually went away...I assumed it was normal for the burning, hope I'm right ...
ETA- Oops- it was the ganorelix that stung me ! Just took my shots and I guess I got them confused !

yes, some people are more sensitve to some of the meds. Im sorry. It should get easier

I was thinking about warning you about this yesterday when you posted that you were starting it, but I decided that maybe it was just me and I didn't want to freak you out!! The good news is, that was the worst one for me. Makes the PIO feel like a walk in the park And YAY for you being SO close to retrieval!!! Let us know how you make out tomorrow!
