Game of Throne - ? for those who read the books and watched the series
Was the first season all of book one? Does season two pick up at the beginning of book 2? Or even beyond that? I was wondering how far they've gotten on TV.

The first season was all of book 1, and from what I've read online, the second season is supposed to be all of book 2.

The first season was all of book 1, and from what I've read online, the second season is supposed to be all of book 2.
Ditto. The book and Season 1 were nearly identical. Sometimes line for line.

yup
season 1 was book 1, pretty much exactly
season 2 (can't wait for it!!) is supposed to pick up where book 2 begins.
So look for 5 seasons of it to catch up to the books, and hopefully by then the author will have written the rest of the series!
