FYI Re: Reprosource

For those of you who are thinking of getting immune testing from Reprosource, they now take most insurance plans!! I have GHI. My center informed me of this and I contacted Reprosource after having my blood drawn for the Natural Killer Assay. They are now taking plans out of network. You basically pay them an amount upfront...in my case it was $187 and then you sign a document agreeing to turn over any checks that you get from your insurance carrier our of network. If they do not get any money from the carrier...you do not owe anything else. This was great news to me as originally I was told I would have to pay around $500 for the testing. They do all of the paperwork. My center said that this is a recent change. They seem to cover BCBS fully.

That's great news! The first time I had the panel I spent over $700, and the next time, I spent about $450! I have GHI also, so I hope that if I have to do it again, I have the same experience as you!
