Thank you for the information you have submitted to Medela regarding the Pump In Style Advanced breastpump recall. Since then, we have been able to identify the small number of pumps that are impacted by this recall through the serial number and need to collect that information from you.

To accurately determine if your pump was impacted by the recall, please return to www.medelareturns.com to enter your serial number information. Re-entering your information is a necessary step in order to process a return. Please note, if your pump does not contain a serial number, it is not impacted by this recall. We apologize for the inconvenience.

You can find the serial number by removing the faceplate and looking at the lower right corner of the motor.
