FYI about Holtsville Ecology Center!!!!!
We were just there on Thursday and there is hardly any grass in the picnic area. It's mainly hard dirt and ground in that part of the Ecology Center. So, if you're planning on sitting on the ground, you might want something a bit more cushy.
I was surprised by this, so I wanted to pass it along so we can save our tushys!!!!
