Furniture from Overstock
Has anyone ordered stuff from there? I know people post ideas all the time, etc.
I found an accent chair that I am interested in getting two-- think it's a safe purchase? Reviews are good and can't beat the shipping!

We ordered a buffet from there. It came with a chipped top and it was in 93948304803 pieces. It's a miracle DH was able to put it together. Of course the last piece he put on was the chipped piece and to disassemble it just to return it didn't make much sense. I'm not sure how they'd be delivering the chair but that was our experience with ordering furniture from them.

all the reviews were good and said assembly was easy-- although, I know there are always exceptions to that.
I guess we can always try them and see... thanks for the feedback.

I have bought a futon, ottoman, and leather dining chairs from Overstock. They were all really nice, and easy to put together. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from there again.

I bought a dining room table - it was a temporary fix, so the price was right. The table was very nice (quality and easy to put together), but 2" taller than regular dining room tables. It did have the correct dimentions on the page, but no mention that it wasn't standard height - so shame on me for not knowing, I guess.
you really can't beat the prices and the shipping.

I bought my canopy bed frame from them, and it came in 2 days, shipping was $1.99 and it was very easy to put together.
