How can I get Alyson to sleep in her crib or even bassinett for the long night?
she's been sleeping through the night in our bed....
any advice on getting her to sleep in her crib/bassinett for these wonderful nights??

Start putting her in the crib for naps. She will get used to the idea of being in there. It will take a few times but, she will begin to love it.

That's what we did.. it was a little tough in the beginning, I thought Mallory was going to be in bed with us until she was 18  but she's is great at sleeping in her crib now

It was hard the first few times we transitioned Emily into her crib at night, but it just took patience. When she'd start to fuss we wouldn't take her out and give up, but instead we would just rub her head and tell her in a soft voice that it is bedtime and it's time to sleep. We gave her the pacifier also and that help. She sleeps very well through the night 10+ hours now, and I'm so glad we decided to stick in there and make the transition.
