Spinoff to baby bottles...I found a brand w/o the chemical in it!!!! UPDATED: with articles from ny post & money magazine

I know I was like  when I saw they were $20 bucks.
I also wrote to handi-craft ( the maker's of Dr. Brown's) to see if they would respond to this.
We don't heat up Grace's bottles (we use room temp filtered water) but, I bought them to be on the safe side.

i ordered some of the glass bottles from evenflo. they are on backorder everywhere but they will ship next week. i am throwing out my dr. browns

thanks for the link, even though we haven't used bottles in a long time and I never heated them (I don't heat any plastic), I am tossing the ones I saved and I was hoping they had sippy cups.
side note- I did call Gerber about the sippies we have and they are made of polyethylene which is not the plastic that leaches bisphenol a - polycarbonate is.
(I'm crazy I also called Poland Spring about their water bottles and they use polyethylene too)
of course the 'safe' plastic is man made too so

I just posted about it, but the Playtex Drop-ins also don't have the chemical in them.

i was in BRU today and they have them in the evenflo section they are on the very bottom shelf though.

I just posted about it, but the Playtex Drop-ins also don't have the chemical in them.
I use the Playtex Drop-Ins and I was just going to mention this as well.. they are safe to use, so luckily we'll be sticking with them
