LIPA is the worst!
been in our house for 3 months now, got no bill... called them several time requesting a bill... everytime they said they will generate one and send out to me...
STILL NO BILL. I don't want to get hit with like a 1000 dollar bill!

well..i would put money of to the side like you were paying it...this way, then it does come it won't be a shock
