I have butterflies in my stomach, we put in our 1st bid! UPDATED
We went to see a house today in W.Babylon and fell in love w/it so we threw caution to the wind and made an offer right then and there!   We bid 15k below asking price because it is really just above our price range so I'm trying not to keep my hopes up too much. They are having an open house on it tomorrow so we'll know where we stand by Monday. Keep your fingers crossed for me guys! 
Update: We'll someone bid more than us and put down a much bigger down payment so it wasn't meant to be but we actually found another house that we're interested today so we'll see!
