Does anyone uese a makeup primer if so which one and
do you notice a difference when you do wear it and when you dont?

Before I put on my powder on my face I use Mac Prep + Primeskin. I find that when I use it my face does not get too oily and when I apply the powder it looks more matte and flawless. I do not use foundation so I would not be able to tell how it works with that. Image Attachment(s):
