can i make a baked ziti tonite for saturday?
should i freeze it, or just leave it in the fridge?

For only 2 days, I would leave it in the fridge. I'd cover it with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil because someone told me that the tomato sauce does weird things to the aluminum. Just make sure to remember to take the plastic wrap off before you bake it! I just usually write on the foil with a sharpie "plastic underneath".
