Quick question..rolaids or tums safe??
Which is safe to take? Rolaids or Tums?? I have this weird pain in my heart and my mom said this may help. But I am 17 weeks preggo and dont wanna take the wrong thing. TIA

Definitely Tums. My OB actually gives free samples, because they're also a great source of Calcium.

Both are equally safe to take. Take whatever you have handy. You might also want to take 2 simethicone tablets (or Mylicon -- something to break up gas). The Rolaids and Tums cut down acid but I found I usually needed something to break up the gas as well.

Tums...I eat them every day. IMO the smooth dissolve ones are better than the regular ones.
