 | Shower question If you were involved in planning your shower did you ask your MIL for a guset list or did you do it yourself?

 I felt by asking her to see if I forgot anyone reduced the amount of people she would have put on there if I asked her for a list.
 
 Does that make sense.

 That's a good idea although I know my MIL will just add on whoever she wants and think nothing of saying their kids can come too. She's pure evil. She never pays or offers to pay for anything and will give me a gift IOU.
 
 ETA: She doesn't even believe in baby showers to begin with.

 Just tell her she can invite less than you expect her to. Like if she can invite 35 people, tell her she can invite 25.

 My MIL made the list for the shower she gave.  And honestly I didn't have that great of a time at her's because I didn't know half the people and were very uncomfortable.
