Re: has anyone ever tried this product??
I had a friend that used it. She said she didn't hear anything but the acid reflux issues she was having and gas

I would think unless it's like a hospital grade mechanism, you'll hear random things and not actually the baby.

Re: has anyone ever tried this product??
I have it and it was very difficult to actually find the heartbeat with it. Although the few times I did find the heartbeat with it it was awesome.

Re: has anyone ever tried this product??
I got it as a gift and could never hear the heartbeat. Total waste IMO.
I now have a fetal doppler I rented for 3 months through Babybeat. Now that is awesome and so worth the money!

Re: has anyone ever tried this product??
I have heard the same as what everybody else is saying. I rented mine from Heartones.com and we love it!!! It is the same one they use in my doctor's office. We never have trouble finding our little one. I think it was like $24 a month.

I agree. I was going to get one with my first pregnancy and my OB said their handheld one costs $700 and that you can easily compare the cost and realize the BRU one is junk.

Re: has anyone ever tried this product??
I heard it was really bad and not worth the $. I rented a 'professional' doppler like the one my OBGYN uses, its small and works SOOO well.
ETA I was going to buy one but it didnt pay, it was cheaper to rent one.
