What is the best tasting NON butter
I dont mean margerine. Like I cant believe its not butter or some kind of substitute. Spray or Spread it doesnt matter.

I use I cant believe it's not butter light.
I used it in a lot of cooking and no one noticed a difference. Even my friends who are a die hard butter fanatics and refuse to even admit I cant believe it's not butter could exist had absolutely no clue it was used and raved about the dish.

Thanks!! I will always have real butter here for the times when you just need that REAL butter taste like on toast but I wanted something less fattening for meals. I gained 60lbs with each baby and I don't want to do that again!

I LOVE I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. It's awesome on everything, especially veggies! I definitley recommend it. I even spray it on popcorn.

I found when I tried to cook w/ "I can't believe it's not butter" sticks that it left a wierd residue in my pans - is this normal?
I really like Bummel & Brown Butter (I think it is some combo of margarine and yogurt) on toast.

I love Brummel and Brown. It's made with yogurt and tastes really good. Much healthier than butter.) My DH and I only use this. I only use butter when I bake.

That's what we used for a long time - I love the taste - it's gross, but I could just eat it with a spoon. 
We've been using one of those that has the plant sterols (sp) that is suposed to lower your cholestoral - Benecol I think. It's not bad - but it's not butter.

I use Soy butter, but I have also found I like the taste of Brummel and brown. You can not cook with B&B though...
