 | Re: When you feed your baby cereal... Nate usually eats between a 1-2 Tbsp of cereal and then a 7oz bottle. I'm not sure if it's too much or too little, but when he's had enough he lets me know. | | Posted 10/31/05 10:13 AM |

 | Re: When you feed your baby cereal... I feed my cereal in between bottles as per suggestion of my dr. He gets a bottle when he wakes up and about 1.5-2 hours later he has his breakfast cereal and fruit and then his next bottle would be about 4 hours from the first bottle of the day. I do that at dinner time as well. | | Posted 10/31/05 12:07 PM |

 | Re: When you feed your baby cereal... My ped told us to prepare a regular bottle (8 oz) then take out 3 tablespoons of formula to mix with the cereal, then give him the rest of the bottle. I comes out to be approx 1 1/4 oz less than a full bottle of formula.
But, Jake isn't getting any cereal down yet so I still give him a full bottle. When he does start to get some cereal in his tummy instead of just on his bib and face, I will give him less formula.
