I would wait, you might want to rent a hospital grade pump in the beginning to get your supply up...you can always send someone out to get the pump if you need it.

Plus once you use it you can't return it. That is a big expense if you end up not using it.

WAIT!!!!!
Breastfeeding is hard to figure out and do. No one tells you this but for a lot babies and women, it's more difficult then you would expect. You can always rent one and then buy one if you see the need.

I purchased mine before Molly was born. I didn't care what it took, but I was going to provide her with BM.
I am glad that I had it and got it at a good price.
So I am of a different opinion. It was just that important to me.
