Hot flashes in the 1st trimester?
I'm only 9 1/2wks and but I think I have been suffering from hot flashes at night. It starts a few hours after I go to bed. Last night I even turned down the thermostat to 60 and put the fan on and I still felt a little warm. Poor DH had the blanket over his head! When I get up I start to cool down but this has been going on for a few nights now. It's weird because I'm the kind of person that's always cold. Is this normal?

Definitely normal it is from a raise in hormones maybe progesterone? I know progesterone does cause body temp. raise

Definitely normal. This is still happening to me at 30 wks. I get hot all of the sudden.
No need to worry.
