Did anyone paint their kitchen yellow?

We didn't paint it yellow, but the previous owners did. DH and I love it. Not everyone else does. It is a bright yellow, like a daffodil.

We used BM's windham cream (don't be fooled by the name) which is a pale yellow. We love it.

Yes, ours is like a cream of corn color, LOL...it's a dark yellow.

I have bought so many of those Ben Moore samples....by this time I could've bought a gallon of paint. I'm having so much trouble. Don't want it to be too bright, or too orange, or too pale either. OH BOY! 
I think I'm gonna try the Windham Cream everyone is raving about.
