a friend of ours is looking to get out on his own....and probably have his GF/soon to be fiance move in too in the near future.
He works in Bohemia
She works in Happauge (or the other way around...)
so somewhere near there.

i'm in islip... if he's interested in a co-op, there are a few being sold in my complex. the commute to work would be great for either of them.
