Poem I found "Babies Don't Keep"..just wanted to share
My friend sent me this...and when I get annoyed when DS won't settle down and I have to rock him just a little longer, it helps to read this 
Mother, oh Mother, come shake out your cloth
empty the dustpan, poison the moth,
hang out the washing and butter the bread,
sew on a button and make up a bed.
Where is the mother whose house is so shocking?
She's up in the nursery, blissfully rocking.
Oh, I've grown shiftless as Little Boy Blue
(lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo).
Dishes are waiting and bills are past due
(pat-a-cake, darling, and peek, peekaboo).
The shopping's not done and there's nothing for stew
and out in the yard there's a hullabaloo
but I'm playing Kanga and this is my Roo.
Look! Aren't her eyes the most wonderful hue?
(lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo).
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow,
for children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep.
I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

this really didnt make me cry
Ok...I just thought it was nice. Being that in a blink of an eye a baby grows up, which is how the last few months have felt. That's all. It is my friends favorite poem and I found it sweet.

I didnt mean that the way I typed it.....I meant I was proud of myself that I didnt cry I have been crying at every little baby getting bigger thing lately(look at my past posts )so upset DD is alraedy 2 mths and time is flying by
It was a lovely poem and appreciate you sharing
the title of your post was get ready to be emotional so I thought for sure I would cry
