Full-term mamas: Anyone else's DH in a really good mood?
My DH is in a REALLY good mood lately, Im assuming because Miss Lady is coming on Friday. He's all lovey and happy, which is totally not him. I almost feel bad because I'm hormonal, uncomfortable, tired, and crabby. Normally our roles are reversed and I'm the happy lovey one and he's the one who always seems to have PMS. It takes all of my will power not to say What are YOU so happy about?!

I'm about 1month away from my due date and my DH has been acting the same way. He's in "we need to get stuff done mode". It's so nice!

Re: Full-term mamas: Anyone else's DH in a really good mood?
From experience with my own DH when I was pregnant with my DD.... he was excited and in a great mood for 2 reasons:
1. of course getting to finally have DD here.
2. He was CONVINCED that as soon as gave birth and they delivered the placenta, that my hormones would magically be gone and I'd be back to myself. I told him for 9 months that he had better get his head out of his butt because if he thought my hormones were wacked while I was pregnant, he hadn't seen anything yet, and to expect at the least an additional 4 months of REALLY out of whack hormones and as long as 6 months.
He knows better now with this pregnancy...

He knows it's gonna be over soon. After I had DS, DH said "I have my wife back."
He said I wasn't that bad, I just wasn't the same. No kidding buddy, you weren't the one doing all the work for 9/10 months!
