Frozen breastmilk question--need help quick
hi,
i'm going out & need to defrost a bag of my milk....my question is: if i defrost it under warm water-can i then put the milk in a bottle in my cooler bag???

Absolutely!
The thing with breast milk is that you will know right away if it's bad. It smells terrible.
