How long can you have them in the freezer? I have so much stock up, that I'm thinking I should start using them and freezing the one I'm pumping now.

Definitely a good idea to start rotating the milk! That's what I did when it got to be about 4 months out...

I have a deep freezer so I'm going with 6 months. But I'm starting to rotate it now. DS gets 1/2 frozen 1/2 fresh milk in his bottles. I make sure to put fresh milk in the freezer to replace what I removed.
ETA: the milk I'm using now is from January

When I was a pumping machine I read that it's best to give baby as much fresh milk as possible, that the milk you pump now is most appropriate for their age in terms of nutrition, and has your most recent antibodies

3-6 months but that number can vary. It also depends on where it is in the freezer or if you have it in a deep freezer.

I never kept it passed 2-3 months, but numerous sources I read say 3-6 months.

this is true, I did 2-3 months max, now I do 1-2 months because fresh / recent milk has everything he needs now at 7 mo , vs at 3 mo .

We have a second freezer in the basement that I only keep BM in. I've had no issues using milk that's 6 months old. I generally combine it with some fresh milk, but DS will take it either way.
