From NJ to LI?
What is the best way from the shore of NJ to LI? Specifically the LIE and exit 39.
Last time my sister had a horrible experience traveling from her place to our wedding...

best way from the shore is to take the outerbridge through staten island.

it really depends where in NJ.. we live in Hoboken and the best way for us is to go through the city..

Take the outerbridge crossing to the Staten Island Expressway East to the Verranzo bridge to the Brooklyn/Queens Expressway east to 495 East.
