Frittata Recipe Question
I want to make a broccoli and cheese frittata for mother's day tomorrow. I would love to make it today so the skillet method is kind of out. I read to make it in a glass pie pan. Of course I don't have one...can I make it in corningware? I also read that I can make it in a springform pan with parchment paper ont he back...anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
