So, I love Fresh Direct but I find that a lot of times their products have a best by date that is only a couple of days after the delivery date.. by the time I get to use the product the date has passed..

Has anyone else experienced this? Are they just overly conservative with the dates? Are they expiration dates or just "freshest by" dates?
