French beef stew?
Does anyone have a good recipe for a traditional french beef stew like cassoulet or daube? TIA!!

Julia Child's boeuf bourguignon is killer.
If you don't have a copy of Mastering the Art of French Cooking, let me know and I will transcribe the recipe to you when I get home.

Thanks! Im definitely going to try this. I don't have that book but Im going to check out the library tonight. Thanks so much!
I just found the recipe online... Im up for the challenge - gonna try it for my "date night at home" with DH tomorrow
