Freezing food

I'm going to stay this week making stuff to freeze so DH can help cooking.

I have:
bolognese sauce
meatballs
lasagna

anything else I should do?

Chicken francaise freezes well for me. how about a meatloaf?
I also like to freeze soups that I make.
Hmm, what else? What about making hamburger patties that he can grill up? I use ground turkey and mix it with feta cheese, lemon and garlic for a greek burger. I also add chopped spinach to the meat.

Get a taco kit and maybe one of those frozen skillet meals that only need to basically defrost on the stove.

I'll let you knwo if I think of more.

Oh, how about chili?

Some things I have frozen in the past are:

sausage and peppers
ziti
lasagna
meatballs
chili
meatloaf
chicken parm
chicken marsala
stuffed mushrooms
eggplant rolatini
eggplant parm
hamburgers
BBQ marinated chicken

If you are planning to BF, I also highly recommend making some stuff that is NOT tomato based. By SIL made tons of tomato based Italian dishes for the weeks following her son's birth. Turns out he was super sensitive to tomato in her BM. She couldn't eat any of it!

I made sure to make meatloaf w/o tomato, chicken dishes, noodle cassarole, etc.

i agree...go easy on the tomato sauce...you could also get sick of it fast!
