Being on bed rest since pretty early in my pregnancy, I was getting worried that I wouldn't be able to attend any kind of birth class, etc.

I know its not a big deal, but still something I felt would be useful.

Baby Center has an online Birth Class that's free. They also have an iPad app that's free.

I just started watching it this afternoon, and it might not be as good as an in-person class but I'm happy to have found the resource since I'm confined to the house for the foreseeable future.
