Free 19" Tv from Verizon ?
Has anyone recieved the free LCD TV from verizon? If so, is there a monthly charge associated with it? I Called Cablevision and they said Verizon was going to charge 9.95 per month for the tv.

I received the tv last month and have seen no charges on my bill. If I did, I'd tell Verizon to shove it up their @ss.

What happens is, you can either take the TV as the promotion or they have a promotion if you don't take the TV you can have $9.95 a month off your bill for a year I believe.

Ahhh...always a catch isn't there. I would rather put the $120 towards a larger tv.

Yeh, i would rather them take 9.95 off my bill....Of course they don't tell you that.So instead of costing 95 dollars a month, it really would only cost 85 dollars a month, plus taxes, and set boxes..Pretty good deal.

Yeah, we told them to keep the TV and lower the bill. They didn't tell us about that, DH asked what would happen if we didn't want the TV and THEN they told us, the salesperson didn't volunteer the info.
