Frederic Fekkai At Home Color
Has anyone tried it yet? I have an unopened box and am contemplating using it, but it cost 30 bucks and I figure a single process at the salon is only like 20 bucks more--
Any feedback?

Re: Frederic Fekkai At Home Color
I used it a few times, trying to replace salon color. It was ok for basic colors but really did not replace what my woman can do in the salon. And I don't think it was somehow "superior" to drugstore brands either -- it just came with a glaze thing but I didn't notice a difference much. I am now back at the salon, and DH totally approves of the cost now that he has seen what I do when on my own!

I couldn't find the receipt and decided to bite the bullet and just try it at home. I have 13 minutes left to develop as we speak. I can't remember the last time I colored my hair at home!

So, it's fine. Nothing special. for 20-25 extra bucks, you can get it done in a salon without worrying about mess and all that.
If I were to dye at home again it would be with something less expensive, since it seemed to be the same stuff, just with a bowl and a brush.

ITA! It's good, but not great for the price.
