Freaking Out
Hi ladies!
Please help - I was in the 2 WW and tested after 14 days DPO and got NOTHING! BFP for like 3 days (this was last week-my periods are always late). I thought I was out and drank a lot over the weekend (blizzard drinking) and last night I had 2 glasses of wine with friends - I just tested randomly today and I'm PREGNANT!!!!!! I am absolutely freaking out that I have harmed my baby. I would never have drank if I thought I wasn't out for the month. I am so happy yet so scared and so ahhh!!! Do you think I have done any harm? Obviously I will do nothing wrong moving forward!! Any advice would be appreciated!!

I had about 2 1/2 glasses of wine 4 days before my BFP. Plenty of women have had a few drinks before knowing they are pregnant. What's done is done, so try not to worry about it! I am carrying a healthy little one so far and I'm 13 weeks along. Are you taking prenatals? Make sure to start now (one with DHA or take it separately if you're buying an OTC brand). Congrats!!

The last time I was drunk was right before my bfp. I didn;t know. I was ridiculously drunk -throw up -all-your insides-next day throwing up continuously- sleep on the floor- nightmare hang over- never -drink- again-kind-of- drunk = and it was okay!! :) whew.

Like all the other girls said, you are fine. You didn't harm your baby by any means. Some women don't even know they are pregnant until week 5 or 6 and go about their normal business and have perfectly happy babies. Try to calm down and enjoy this exciting time!

I drank for two weekends straight after the New Year and found out I was pregnant 1/18....I felt so guilty but my Dr told me no harm would have been done....just don't drink anymore
