Freaking out!
I am doing an IVF cycle and have been on Ganirelix. My ins company would not cover a re-fill so my docs office ordered Cetrotide (same thing). I found out that the dosage is different. On Ganirelix I was taking 25 units and on Cetrotide I should have taken 50 units but onyl took 25. I only started on the Cetrotide today, but I am now freaking out that I am going to ovulate on my own.
I emailed doc office to see if I should take another dose of 25 units when I get home from work and then continue on the 50 units tomorrow.
Not sure what my point is, I guess I am just looking for someone to talk me down.

I'm sure its ok...they probably will tell you to take another 25 u tonight.

I'm sure it will be fine, like you said, you can take the other half of the dose tonight. I'm sure these meds and protocols have some room for error in them since they are made for non-medical personnel to handle!
