Frayed Gucci Bag
Has anyone ever returned a high end bag, i.e., LV or Gucci for possibly being defective? My Gucci bag that I bought on my honeymoon in Italy has frayed in 3 small spots on the body of the bag. The bag is 2 years old and I paid sick money for this bag when the dollar to the euro was basically at its lowest. I was under the impression that they will either repair or replace?
Anyone have experience?

My DH had a Gucci watch repaired a while ago and they charged him!  We were surprised...... Hopefully it won't be the same in your case!!

I have never tried to repair them.
But Every Gucci bag I have owned all have frayed. My best friend too just got a new one and after a few months her bag started to fray.
I wouldn't buy another

Thanks, ladies! Hope that don't give me a hard time because I bought it in Italy they can't do anything. But, then again, it would be a good excuse to go back so I can get it repaired!

I have the same issue with my Gucci bag. I also said I would never buy another fabric one. I would only get the leather.

My friend had a Gucci bag for less then 6 months and the strap fell off. They gave her the hardest time and wanted to charge her. She finally got a new bag. Had the receipt and everything.
I had a LV wallet for almost 3 years and the stitching was coming out. I went to LV and they made me pay for the repair said it was wear and tear.
I am seriously thinking of never buying LV again. I love them but my wallet was $700 and it didn't even hold up 3 years.
