Re: Foxtons Real Estate

Don't know much about them. I have been to a few open houses and seen some of their listings in the past. I really like their website...they have the best pictures. My brother is an attorney and he has done some closings with them...he says it's kind of a PITA since alot of things are done by the homeowner and the contracts get tough, but do-able.

Re: Foxtons Real Estate

I used Foxtons to sell my co-op. They really screwed up some appointments and such, but...their website got me the buyer, and their screening got me someone with an acceptable mortgage. I sold the apt. twice before on my own and both deals fell through.

Feel free to FM me if you have any questions.

Re: Foxtons Real Estate

Thanks!!!

I am looking into real estate sales - so it would be to work for them. Just trying to decide between the different real estate agents out there.

If that's the case, then I'd be very careful. Do you have any friends that are realtors? Be careful and read the contract carefully and also look into the % structure. I know that Foxton is a virtual office so you don't have as many resources as having a real office.
