Found prenatal yoga, East Islip
Embrace yoga finally has started it again. Space is limited but you may be able to sign up for next session in 2 weeks. LOVE it. I never did yoga before so I felt awkward at first but now I like it.. gets all the kinks out. Very relaxing too.
