Can anyone post the link to the NYS law for insurance covering formula?
I can't find it and I used to have it.
TIA!

I believe it's only formula like neocate and it's only for certain diagnosis and there is a max allowed per year.

Re: formula law
i did a quick google search - not sure if this is it but maybe it will help:
baby formula nys
eta - i have aetna and they are covering about 80% of my nutramigen (and would do the same for alimentum). i think a lot depends on your insurance plan/coverage for certain formulas

It completely depends on your insurance. My son was on Enfacare high calorie. Our insurance covered 100% for 15 months. Call the insurance company and ask. You may need to speak to pharmacy services, not routine medical coverage, but again this depends on your insurance.
