Approximately, how much does formula cost a week? On average, 30 ounces a day.

Where can you get coupons, other than by registering on their site?

I'd say it runs us about $25/week.

I can't comment on coupons bc i'm lazy and never registered for any.

ETA: This is for powdered Enfamil Gentlease.

Same here. My mom at one point bought a bunch of $5 off coupons on eBay. I was able to combine those with the Enfamil checks. Helped a ton.

Re: Formula Cost

DS goes through a quart a day of RTF. I combine the similac checks (whenever I get them) so on average I spend about $45. I usually buy them at king kullen since they always have the formula for 10% less. DS drinks the Soy RTF and the Similac Advance RTF.

I've gotten formula at cvs. I use the enfamil checks, and coupons from my extra care card (ill use a $5 off purchase and a 20% off purchase) so it brings the price down a lot

I buy the target brand of enfamil gentlease. I order the box of the six large containers. Comes to $130 and lasts about 5 weeks.

I save a ton by buying generic. I use Target Up and Up brand which is the EXACT same as Enfamil LIPIL. It's only $13/can as opposed to $25/can for name brand. My DS has (5) 6oz bottles a day so maybe a can or so a week.

ETA - $22 for the big can

Re: Formula Cost

DS used enfamil gentlease. A 22oz can of powder costs $25 but I always used coupons- I have never paid for formula at the full price for the entire first year we needed it. You can use 2 checks and 2 coupons off of 1 container at the TRU near my home(dgstn, queens) so I usually got anywhere from $8-$14 off per container. I would ask BF friends for their coupons, I signed DH up at his parent's address, I signed up under my parent's address but change the due date to a few months later as they stop sending you checks 3 or so months after your due date, and I would trade other brand checks on lif.

I think remember going through about 2 - 2.5 containers a week during a couple of months. Could that be right?- We've used formula until june but I can't remember exactly how many containers we used. lol!

Re: Formula Cost

DS uses Similac RTF... he drinks 28oz a day so I would have to say about $180 month.

I do this! Plus I always buy from CVS when the formula is on sale, use all those different coupons and get the price down a whole lot more!

I got enfamil at BRU today-they are running a sale this week buy 2 big containers and save 4$ plus I had two 5$ off checks so I paid 18$ per container instead of 24.99$ - I use 1 container per week ...hope that helps :)

I buy Enfamil AR at Target and this week it's running a buy 2 and get a $10 rebate card. I have the tub already so I buy the refills which are 2 for $37. The two refills usually last us a little over a week. And I use the $5 rebate checks that I get in the mail.
