Ford Explorer or other Ford card??

Hi!
So DH and I are thinking about getting rid of our BMW, its been nothing but a headache lately and thinking about a Ford Explorer, Ford seems to be having really good deals right now and we would like to take advantage of that.
Does any own an Explorer or Ford truck?
How has your experience been wth Ford, service? etc..

Re: Ford Explorer or other Ford card??

I had a Ford Explorer and I loved it. Now, my brother has the old explorer. It's 11 years old and (knock on wood), we haven't had one problem with it!

Now, I have a Ford Fusion and love that too.

I had an explorer and LOVED it. I now currently drive an Expedition and love it more than the expedition.

We've had NO problems with either vehicle.

Ramp ford in Port Jeff Sation- is where my explorer and my sister are from

our mustang is from Scarsdale ford in westchester- you might want to give them a call only b/c they gave us a sick deal on the mustang- 20% off sticker-

My DH and his family have always used Otis Ford in Quogue and have no complaints what so ever. I used Sayville Ford and had a great experience there too.

Re: Ford Explorer or other Ford card??

i have an 03 explorer, and i am not a fan of it.
its not that we have had sooo many problems with it, but it eats gas like crazy, the paint on the front totally chipped off. its really crazy and they wont fix it.
Ive had alot of problems with the tire pressure in the past, and that ringing that doesnt stop that blows my eardrums out.
The seats are leather and they are sooo hard. its like sitting on plywood.

The pro's knock on wood its never broke down, and we have alot of miles on it. its really big inside.

my dad has a honda pilot, and its just more luxurious in terms of the comfort of the seats and its really roomy inside as well

We have an Expedition. It's nice, it's more my DH's than mine. I am not impressed with their service dept but that just may be the dealership we go to. GAS GUZZLER though Chat Icon
