I was concerned for their safety too. I mean how do I really know they froze them? And if they did, where is this cooling place?

DH and I have talked about the same thing.
I have no idea where they are or how many are frozen. I know 4 fertilized on day 1 and that 1 was transferred, but I don't know if my last 3 divided well or made it to day 3 when the transfer was done.
I thought I was crazy too and just told DH that I would wait until Nov which will be a year from retrieval date. At that point I am going to inquire.

My doctor told me to come back 6 months after the twins are born to 'check up' on the frosties. Lol He assured me that they will be taken good care of until then.

Haha..yes. I did my 2nd fresh IVF cycle last month. We had one frostie left and I called to find out the grade and how it was frozen (vitrification vs. old method). Chat Icon
