For those who take prenatal vitamins at night......
Do you take them right before bed or earlier? Ive been taking mine in the morning but am switching due to them making me nauseous and leaving a gross taste.....but the nurse said its better at night because you dont have an empty stomach...but I was thinking that right before bed it isnt too full either....what do you think?

I had always taken mine right before bed and never had a problem.
But we also did eat dinner around 8:00 and I was going to bed by 11:00 and sometimes I did snack 
When I took them in the morning or even with breakfast - they made me soooo sick!

I started taking mine right before bed a few weeks into taking them and it has worked out much better...no problems at all now.

I just started them & I am taking them about 1/2 an hour before I get in bed. No problems so far!

Right before bed as well. Even with the low amount of food in your stomach, you'll sleep through any nausea.

I take mine when I go to bed. The label on mine actually says to take them either 1 hour before a meal, or 2-3 hours after a meal, so my brand wants them on an empty stomach or close to it.

Why don't you try after dinner or have a lite snack before bed? I know I can't even take a Tylenol on an empty stomach.

I used to take them after dinner and they were making me sick. I started taking them right before I went to sleep and all was good ever since!

I take them before I go to bed. I usually have a little snack about 1 hr. prior to taking them.
When I took them in the morning they made me sick .

I have always taken them before going to bed and actually was wondering if they were affecting my poor sleeping.
So I started taking them in the afternoons and turns out they weren't the culprit so I'm back to taking them at bedtime
