I have cut back on my dairy. I was a mouse in a former life and it is impossible for me to not eat cheese.

I have cut back tremendously. I was a serial cereal eater..maybe twice a day so milk was a major part of my diet.
I may have some fro yo or some cream cheese or a piece of cheese a few times a month now and that's it.
It's hard. I love dairy but frankly it bloated me.
My acupuncturist says dairy is a no go. Antibiotics in the dairy can mess with your hormones.

I didn't stop eating dairy, but I am fairly lactose intolerant so it was never a big part of my daily intake anyway.

My acupuncturist never mentioned not eating dairy. I'm going to ask her about this! I eat tons of cheese & ice cream.

Mine never mentioned it and I love my cheese. I do buy all organic dairy and meats though.
